The header had Executive Search as the highest ranking keyword. This keyword was followed by Headhunter, Selección, and Reclutamiento which isn't as urgent as Executive Search. The other words the site uses is Selección de Ejecutivos. Global Finder is also included and will not be understood by web engines.
